Privacy Policy

The data controller is wmbestudio. You can reach us at info@wmbestudio.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

From the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message including the project description. You do not have to use the form — you can email us directly instead.

From your visit: if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised traffic data through Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate country-level location, device type. Without consent, analytics does not load at all.

Form data is used solely to reply to you and potentially arrange working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or pre-contractual negotiation.

Analytics data is used to improve the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep enquiries for three years from the last contact — in case you get back in touch, and for any potential disputes. After that we delete them.

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to its own settings, 14 months by default.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use these processors:

• Supabase — the database holding your enquiry • Resend — sending emails • Vercel — hosting the site • Google Analytics — traffic measurement, only with consent

Some of them process data outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Email info@wmbestudio.com and we will handle it without undue delay, within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are mishandling your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).

The site uses only technical cookies required to operate and — after your consent — Google Analytics cookies. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again.
